Originally from Washington DC I have been a Tampa resident since 2002 and graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in business management and a minor in leadership studies where I met my future wife Lauren. Together we now have two wonderful daughters Lily and Aviva. During my time at USF I started working in the real estate industry and have had a plethora of experiences in varying extreme market conditions. In 2008 I decided to start my own company specializing in investment real estate. Since then I have built a reputation for finding deals and executing profitable strategies which has attracted clients that include prominent entrepreneurs, professional athletes, private equity firms, and publicly trades companies. I approach every day with the mentality that there is so much to learn and believe the keys to my success are my work ethic, character and creative strategies. I have been blessed with great mentors who I have been able to learn a lot from. One of those mentors is Joseph Capitano Sr. who has inspired me in many ways but specifically in how giving he is to the community. When Joe asked me to be part of Central Park Village Youth Services in 2013 I jumped at the opportunity. The mission of helping underprivileged children is something I’m proud to be a part of.
